SBOBET recently conducted some face-to-face interviews of a select group of customers in Indonesia. To participate in the interview survey, the participants submitted an application and were then contacted to confirm the date of the interview.

The interviewees were asked about their user experience after they tested a prototype from SBOBET. It goes without saying that players must be comfortable with using the product, which is why their input was so important.
